Today this June 5 we launch our new website in celebration honoring the roots of the sustainability movement. As you may or may not know, June 5 is World Environment Day, established by the UN General Assembly in 1972, celebrating the historic UN Conference on the Human Environment in Stockholm and the global effort to raise awareness and action protecting the environment.

This year the WED theme is "Your Planet Needs You! United to Combat Climate Change!" Mexico City will host this year's celebration. Mexican President Calderon said that this celebration will "furthern underline Mexico's determination to manage natural resources and deal with the most demanding challenge of the 21st century -- climate change."
