The Great Plains Institute is a regional, non-partisan nonprofit corporation based in Minneapolis serving 12 Midwestern states and the province of Manitoba. The Institute convenes leaders from diverse sectors to accelerate the transition to a renewable & low-carbon energy system through consensus policy, technology deployment, education and research.
